Bina Bangsa School (BBS)
was established in 2001 by the founders with passion in the field of education.
BBS is a recognised as SPK school (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) combining the
best elements of Western and Eastern practices, with aims to meet the aspirations
of families who wish to prepare students for the 21st century with high quality

BBS started off with
just one campus in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta on 6th August 2001 with about 50
students. BBS has grown to 6 campuses across Indonesia: Kebon Jeruk - Jakarta,
PIK - Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Malang, and Balikpapan, with approximately
more than 500 educators, 1,000 staff and 4,000 students from Preschool (age 2 -
6 years old), Primary (age 6 - 12 years old), Secondary (age 12 - 16 years
old), and Junior College (age 16 - 18 years old).

Bina Bangsa School is
using English as the dominant medium of learning and Chinese Language as part
of its Bilingual programme, complete with exposing students to the Eastern
world and culture. BBS became a pioneering force in education in Indonesia by introducing
a Singapore model based school curriculum and the University of Cambridge IGCSE
and ‘A’ levels.
